I’ve started taking time in my day for me - an early morning walk before work helps clear my head and get me ready for the day. I recognize that I cannot be responsible for how others feel and that I need to do for me before I do for others.

Sarah gave me much to think about in regards to my habits and how I relate to my own stories. I gained insight into my patterns by working with her. She was gentle but firm in holding me accountable to my goals

I’ve noticed myself being able to take a moment to think about those next steps I’ll take. She’s introduced tools to me, to incorporate in my daily life, that lets me pause a moment, so when I do move forward, in any situation, it’s in a positive way. Not in a self sabotaging way, or anything negative about myself.
